The basic working route of a glass lifter is the control mechanism → transmission mechanism → lifting mechanism → glass support mechanism. The balance spring is used to balance the gravity of the glass to reduce the operating force; The stop spring installed between the small gear and the support seat is used to hold the glass (stop) and ensure that it stays in the required position.
Working principle:
Working principle of electric glass lifter: Electric fork arm glass lifter: composed of ordinary manual glass lifter, reversible DC motor, and reducer, etc. The working principle is to turn on the electric motor, which drives the reducer to output power. The glass installation bracket is moved by the active arm and the passive arm or by pulling the steel wire rope, forcing the door and window glass to move up or down in a straight line. Transmission route: joystick - small gear - sector gear - lifting arm (active or passive arm) - glass installation groove plate - glass lifting motion.
Function:
(1) Adjust the opening size of car doors and windows; Therefore, the glass lifter is also known as a door and window adjuster, or a window shaking mechanism.
(2) Ensure smooth lifting of the car door glass and smooth opening and closing of doors and windows at any time;
(3) When the elevator is not working, the glass can stay in any position.
