Nylon lock nut is a nut made of nylon material, with a galvanized outer layer, which has the characteristics of anti-loosening, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and light weight. Its working principle is to hold the bolt tightly through the elastic deformation of the nylon washer, so as to achieve the effect of locking and anti-loosening.
Features

Manufacturing process and materials
Nylon locking nuts usually consist of two parts: hexagonal nuts and nylon rings. The nylon ring relies on its elastic deformation to lock the bolt. The commonly used material is nylon, because of its good fatigue resistance, good heat resistance, low friction coefficient and good wear resistance, and the use temperature is within 120 degrees.
