Split pin is a mechanical part, mainly used for anti-loosening of threaded connection. Making materials

Application scenarios
Split pins are mainly used for anti-loosening of threaded connections. After the nut is tightened, insert the split pin into the nut slot and the tail hole of the bolt, and pull the tail of the split pin apart to prevent the relative rotation of the nut and the bolt. In addition, split pins are also commonly used to lock parts such as shafts and slot nuts to ensure that they are fixed.
