Usage characteristics:
1.Piping: Use a pipe cutter or grinding wheel cutting machine (with dedicated cutting blades) to vertically cut stainless steel pipes to the required length, remove burrs from the ends, and round them;
2.Welding: The left and right conical flange plates (with grooves, specially designed for embedding double-sided flange gaskets) are welded to the two pipe ports that need to be connected using tungsten inert gas welding (TIG welding);
3.Gasket: A double-sided flange sealing gasket is lined between the left and right flange plates;
4.Tightening: Clamp the two flange plates with clamps, and then use fastening screws (hexagon socket bolts) to clamp the flange or tighten the handle (one end of the external thread is connected to the internal thread of the handle, and the other end is connected with a fixed rivet for flexible connection)
