The window regulator motor is the power source of the window glass lifting system, responsible for driving the glass up and down. It is usually installed inside the car body or in the car door, connected to the window glass through steel wire ropes or guide rails, to achieve the control of the window lifting. The working principle of a motor is based on electromagnetic induction and changes in the direction of current. By changing the direction of current, the motor’s forward and reverse rotation can be controlled, thereby achieving the up or down movement of the car window. The start and stop of the motor are controlled by the switch inside the car, making it convenient for the driver to operate. In addition, in order to protect the motor, wire rope, and guide rail, a lubrication system is also installed in the system to provide lubricating oil for these components, reduce friction, and extend service life.
