Split pin is a mechanical part, mainly used for anti-loosening of threaded connection. It is usually made of high-quality steel or rigid materials with good elasticity, and has high strength and toughness. The shape of the split pin is “U”. After passing through the hole of the bolt shaft, the part that passes through is forked to both sides to fix the bolt or prevent the wheel on the shaft from falling off.
Making materials
Common materials for split pins include Q215, Q235, copper alloy H63, 1Cr17Ni7, 0Cr1Ni9Ti, etc. If the material is carbon steel, the surface is usually galvanized or phosphated; if it is copper or stainless steel, only simple treatment is performed.
Application scenarios
Split pins are mainly used for anti-loosening of threaded connections. After the nut is tightened, insert the split pin into the nut slot and the tail hole of the bolt, and pull the tail of the split pin apart to prevent the relative rotation of the nut and the bolt. In addition, split pins are also commonly used to lock parts such as shafts and slot nuts to ensure that they are fixed.

The window regulator motor is the power source of the window glass lifting system, responsible for driving the glass up and down.
